How does consulting work?

From the success of our event, Unity Days, it seems we’ve inspired other fans alike to create their own conventions and we've received inquiries about how they can bring their own event to life.

We are thrilled to announce we are branching out into event consulting! Each client and event is unique. You'll start out by answering a questionnaire and we'll further assess your needs and see if there's a match. We offer services for mentorship, budget planning, marketing, and production - just to name a few. The Unity Events team has several years of experience in those areas.

Our mission is to assist our clients in succeeding by reaching their goals through team work, integrity and compassion.

Advice and Direction

At Unity Events, we’re here to help you plan your event every step of the way. We will assess every potential mentee’s needs which could lead to a partnership if there is a match and both parties are in agreement. A mentor and mentee’s partnership is equal; both sides need to work together to ensure goals and personal growth are being achieved. The success of the partnership will be monitored in its entirety.


Assess or Create a Budget

Your budget is the foundation of your business. It’s the most important tool you’ll use when planning and executing your event. We’ll show you how to create a budget that is realistic and within your means or we can review and assess one you already have. We will identify where savings can be achieved and where expenses are necessary to turn a profit.


Planning, Scheduling, Control

It’s all in the details. At Unity Events, our goal is to help you create the ultimate experience for your attendees by creating realistic timelines and a positive atmosphere. Our team will work closely with you to identify your event goals and objectives.

As part of the production of your event, we need to identify the cost estimates (e.g., room rental, food & beverages, equipment, speaker fees, artists fees, travel, etc.) and add this to your budget. We can help you map out your event and create professional floor plans to ease in event traffic flow, this also aids in pre-event setup and preparation.

Our expert team can assist you throughout your entire event production from behind the scenes, or we can be present at your event taking ownership of certain tasks.



Strategies and Implementation

Marketing takes your event to the next level by promoting it throughout different mediums and channels. Unity Events can review your current marketing plan or create one for you. This includes identifying goals, opportunities and challenges, strategies, timeline, and budget. We can also review your event's branding and assist with social media management.
